Syngenta – EU Compliant Paddy storage

For storage, dry the paddy in the sun for about a week, so that the moisture content in the grains reaches up to 12% (the moisture content in the grains at the time of harvesting is about 24%). While drying, heap of the harvest should be made at night and cover it with a polythene sheet/tarpaulin.
Do the storage in the properly treated storage vessels and storage godown.
Never mix compliant and non-compliant paddy lots.
