Post Emergence

  • It's time for weed management:
  • • Apply one of the following herbicides at 20–25 DAT when weeds are at 2–4 leaf stage:
    Bispyribac sodium 10 SC: 100 mL/acre(OR) Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl 6.7 EC: 400 mL/acre(OR)
    Ethoxysulfuron 15 WG: 50 g/acre(OR) Florpyrauxifen-benzyl + Penoxsulam 3.25 OD: 500 mL/acre
    • These herbicides effectively control grasses, sedges and broadleaf weeds in transplanted paddy.
    • Apply the herbicide in 150 litres water per acre for uniform spray coverage.
    • Irrigate the field 1 day after spray for better weed control.
