Fertilizer Management

Fertilizer management:

  • Treat plants with nano nitrogen or waste decomposer at the time of planting.
  • Apply Nano NPK 250 gm + Micronutrients 250 gm + Sticker 60 ml/acre
  • Apply Nano Nitrogen @500 ml/acre.
  • Apply 200 litres of Jeevamruth.

Nutrient Deficiencies

Nitrogen Deficiency

  • Most leaves turn pale green, and the leaves become distorted and dwarf, curling upwards. The tissues above the neck of the bulb become soft.
  • For its control, spray with Nano Nitrogen @2 ml/lit.

Zinc deficiency

  • Small leaves turn yellow and intervenal chlorosis develops on the upper surface of mature leaves.
  • The main veins remain green.
  • Spray zinc solubilizing bacteria 2 lit + Chipko (silicone based surfactant) 60 ml/acre.
