• Identification: Irregular leaf feeding, window-pane damage, and frass inside the whorl.
• Management: Handpick and destroy egg masses and larvae, grow trap crops, and intercrop with pulses. Spray Azadirachtin 1500 ppm @ 400–500 mL/acre, Spinetoram 11.7 SC @ 170 mL/acre, or Chlorantraniliprole 18.5 SC @ 60 mL/acre.
